Vocational Rehabilitation

Work Inc. has been serving VR since 1997 to help their clients find and maintain gainful employment.

Sometimes a VR customer had just finished their vocational training or schooling; other times a customer may just want help stepping into the workforce; either way, when the customer is ready for employment, VR can enlist us to assist with this objective.

Work Inc. can help VR customers with job searching, interview preparation, transportation training, job site accommodations, job coaching and other needed supports to help them succeed. Work Inc. stays with the customer from start to finish. When helpful, we are able to go in to the interviews with clients and do extensive job coaching after a job is found. Either way, Work Inc. customers are given the support that they need to succeed in the workplace. The goal of every placement is to help our clients succeed and thrive at their job as long as they desire.

Because we are an Employment Network for the Ticket to Work program of the Social Security Administration, we are able to partner with Utah VR offices through the Partnership Plus program. After a client's case is closed with VR, we are able to pick up and provide seamless continuity of services for the Ticket to Work recipient and ensure their continued employment success.
