Job Developer II & I
Seeking top notch human services professionals to assist people with disabilities & special needs to obtain gainful employment. Responsible for assisting clients in all aspects of locating
and obtaining employment. Position requires
the ability to be creative and find solutions to any barriers related
to clients' employment success. After placement, assist client to attain firm footing at their new job site before transitioning supports to an employment trainer. Post placement activities include providing initial on-site job training for client, coordinating & facilitating communications with workplace supervisor & coworkers, and implementing accommodations as needed to make placement successful.
Must excel at time management, be results oriented, and enjoy making contact with employers in business community to overcome barriers & place clients in jobs. A plus to have: ASL, bilingual Spanish, or sales experience. Advancement opportunities in a professional work environment. The Job Developer II position requires a Bachelor's degree, own car + auto insurance.
We will consider Job Developer I position for those without a Bachelor's degree.
Employment Trainer
Employment supports: provide on the job training at clients' work sites. Assist client to meet performance expectations & ensure employer satisfaction. Facilitate coordination & communications with workplace supervisor & coworkers to resolve work related issues.
Flexible work schedule. Qualifications: Requires own car + auto insurance. A desire to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. Able to coordinate own schedule and document own work. Must be dependable. A plus to have: ASL/Bilingual Spanish.
Human Resources Assistant/College Intern
Assist with recruiting and hiring. Must be comfortable with technology & online systems. Self-motivated and able to work on own with little supervision.
Flexible work schedule, up to 10 hrs/week.
Office Personnel
Office responsibilities include billing, A/R, payroll, compiling reports, editing, organizing/filing, answering phone, and other assigned duties.
Currently, this position is peformed out of our Provo office.
