Supported Employment Services

Work Inc. was founded in 1997 by Hoc Vu, M.B.A. and currently serves the Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD) and Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) in both Utah and Salt Lake Counties. We help our customers in a variety of ways. Whether it is getting them a job, or helping them in their daily activities, we are here to serve the customer.

Work Inc.’s culture is based on integrity, service and training. We believe that people with disabilities are the economy’s most overlooked resource. By placing a customer in an appropriate job we are doing a service for not only the customer, but also for the community. We take pride in not just getting someone a job, but helping them to find a place where they can be comfortable and flourish.

Work Inc. has helped hundreds of people with disabilities find gainful employment over the last 12 years. We have helped people with all levels of experience and education. Some have had advanced degrees, while others are just getting their first job.

In 2007, we served 252 customers and placed them in more than 160 jobs. The many VR and DSPD counselors that we have served, and the ongoing relationships that we have maintained with them, show our success.
